Who
am I?
My
name is Sensei
J. Richard Kirkham, Rick to my friends. I've been in martial
arts over 30 years . I'm a dual
certified teacher in physical education and adaptive physical
education. I have expertise in behavior modification principles
and techniques with an emphasis on positive
reinforcement methodology . I have a talent for breaking down
physical movements to the very basics and putting those movements
back together so the student and reader's techniques
become even more efficient . Thus my nickname The Drillman.
