what a sales page requires. Your three basic requirements before
anyone buys anything at all are:

How to get started making money on the internet.
There
are three basic steps to making money on the internet:
Find or create a product or service
Help prospects
to find your product or service
Help prospects purchase your
product or service
Sounds easy doesn't it?
Pick a niche which contains your product or service
Find
something you yourself are interested in at first, then you can
spread out. Affiliate programs are a good way to start. With
affiliate programs you represent other vendors' products for a
commission.

An easy way to make a page for this is with my Affiliate Universal Page Maker. A very popular easy to use program. For capturing emails to build your list and all the tools you need to make a landing page, a page in which your prospects land on when clicking on a link to your web site, use Affiliate Page and Index Maker.
If you have your own product or service to sell
I can represent your product for you. You might also consider using Clickbank or my favorite, Paydotcom Both of these articles contain sign up information to get merchant accounts or even become my affiliate if you'd like to do so, if you can find a product in my wide assortment within your niche.

You'll need a way to accept payments on the internet
Having
someone mail a check is like telling the prospect not to buy your
product. Paypal has a free version which I use myself.

for many other services or you can use the program I wrote. I
suggest the full version since there is no advertising in it.
Now it's time to design your web page
I

contain all the information you should have in a sales or article
oriented web page. The templates even contain a template for a
Paypal orderform
And yes, just like you need an office for an offline
business, you need a website which will act as your place of
business where your customers and repeat customers will go with
more confidence in you due to your website.

If you build it, they will not come. You need to drive your niche targeted traffic to your website. I have an affiliate tools section with tested tools I use all the time to help automate the process for busy marketers such as yourself. Bulk marketing has it's place but it's a very small place compared to getting visitors who are interested in your niche.

Marketing is an effective way of selling and gaining search engine
ranking.
You
may submit
your articles for content and back links to your website and
use articles for content. This will help people get to know you as
well as increase your search engine rankings due to back links to
your website. Don't hard-sell, give good information. Also don't
whine about your sales. No one will buy from you because they feel
sorry for you. When is the last time you saw a commercial begging
for sales?
Stay away from pay per click advertising for now
It's very easy to spend way too much money until you know what you're doing.
Don't forget about advertising offline
So many people treat the internet as though it's the only media to get your online business going. Use every trick you know- and every trick I know.
