What Makes You Qualified to Teach Senior Citizens How To Use Computers?

I've been working with computers since the mid 90s. I've developed several websites and am in charge of the computers of a health care company. My mom and dad bought a computer, to keep track of their four boys, myself included. I was able to help them.


What Type of Computer Problems Have You Solved for Senior Citizens?

Sending and receiving pictures via email, virus and spyware problems, using printers and scanners, Printing pictures and of course more serious problems as well.

One primary problem I'm always solving is fear of new technology. Increasing my client's self-confidence is an important goal.

I Assume You Charge a Fee for Your Service Here on Oahu?

If I'm going to help others and feed my family without being some undependable fly-by-night guy then yes I must charge a fee. $75.00 per hour is the minimum I can charge and make sure that I remain available to help others with my hard earned skills. Most lessons or problems are completed within one to two hours and the clients never have to see me again, although I do appreciate the referrals.
